Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Contract
On December 13, 2005 American Ecology Corporation amended the Credit Agreement with Wells Fargo Bank in order to increase the commitment amount to $15,000,000 and the letter of credit sub-limit to $8,000,000, as well as extend the maturity to June 15, 2008.
A copy of the Amendment is attached as Exhibit 10.51 and incorporated by reference herein.
