RPC, Inc. Announces 25 Percent Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend

ATLANTA, October 26, 2011 -- RPC, Inc. (NYSE: RES) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a 25.0 percent increase in the regular quarterly cash dividend from $0.08 per share to $0.10 per share payable December 9, 2011 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2011.
