On August 30, 2018, Olin Corporation (“Registrant”) settled certain disputes with respect to insurance coverage for costs at various environmental remediation sites. The insurer agreed to pay Registrant $120 million, an immaterial portion of which will be payable to the current owner of one of the remediation sites.
