Item 1.01. | Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. |
On April 23, 2020, Olin Corporation (“Olin”) executed an Amendment (the “Third Amendment”) to the Receivables Financing Agreement (the “Receivables Financing Agreement”) among Olin, as servicer, Olin Finance Company, LLC, as borrower (the “Borrower”), PNC Bank, National Association, as administrative agent, PNC Capital Markets LLC, as structuring agent, and the lenders party thereto. The Third Amendment increases available borrowing capacity under the facility to $250,000,000. Additionally, the Third Amendment implements certain other modifications to the terms and conditions contained in the Receivables Financing Agreement.
