1. Shares acquired through the Reporting Person's participation in the Bar Harbor Bankshares 2018 Employee Stock Purchase Plan. The shares were granted under a transaction exempt under Rule 16b-3 under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

2. These shares were acquired through the reporting person's participation in the Bar Harbor Bankshares Dividend Reinvestment and Direct Stock Purchase and Sale Plan, in a transaction exempt under Rule 16b-3(d) under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

3. Shares purchased at a price ranging from $25.02 to $24.69

4. Includes 250 shares acquired through payroll deductions in a 401(k) plan. The shares were acquired between January 1, 2024 and December 31,2024 and the share information is based on the plan statement dated December 31, 2024.
