On July 22, 2008, Forster Drilling Corporation (“Company”) received a written notification from FINRA informing the Company that it was delinquent in its reporting obligations three times in a 24-month period and that, effective on the opening of business on July 31, 2008, the common stock will be removed from quotation on the OTCBB. The Company’s strategy is to list its common stock for quotation on the Pink Sheets.
