On July 30, 2003, Cadmus Communications Corporation issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 announcing fourth quarter financial results. The attached press release contains the corrected percentages of net sales for certain components of EBITDA in the three months ended June 30, 2002 column of the Selected Financial Information and Reconciliation of GAAP to NON-GAAP Measures table. In the original press release dated July 30, 2003, EBITDA as a percentage of net sales for that period was reported as 11.7%; the corrected total is 12.2%.
