Cadmus Communications Extends Tender Offer
for its 9 3/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2009
RICHMOND, Virginia (June 11, 2004) — Cadmus Communications Corporation (Nasdaq/NM: CDMS) (“Cadmus” or “the Company”) today announced that it has extended its previously announced tender offer and consent solicitation (the “Offer”) for all of its outstanding 9 3/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2009. The Offer, which was to have expired at 5:00 pm, New York City time, on Friday, June 11, 2004 will be extended to 5:00 pm, New York City time, on Monday, June 14, 2004, unless further extended or terminated.
The Company expects to consummate the Offer and purchase all of the notes tendered on June 15, 2004, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions as detailed in the Company’s Offer to Purchase and Consent Solicitation Statement dated April 29, 2004, including the closing of the Company’s previously announced offering of $125,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 8 3/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2014.
