On March 25, 2013, The St. Joe Company (the "Company") and Thomas J. Hoyer, the Company’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, agreed that Mr. Hoyer’s employment with the Company would terminate on a future agreed upon date upon 60 days prior notice provided by either party. Until such date, Mr. Hoyer will continue to serve in his capacity as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Upon Mr. Hoyer’s departure, he will receive the severance amounts due under his employment agreement.
