Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Officer
On August 24, 2009, the majority shareholders of All State Properties Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) terminated Mark D. Kinser as Director, President and Secretary of the Company.
Joseph Meuse, who currently serves as a Director of the Company, has been appointed as interim President and Secretary of All State Properties Holdings, Inc.
