EXPEDITORS ANNOUNCES SEMI-ANNUAL CASH DIVIDEND OF $0.58

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON – May 4, 2021, Expeditors International of Washington, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPD), announced that today its Board of Directors declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.58 per share, payable on June 15, 2021 to shareholders of record as of June 1, 2021.
