On July 24, 2008, Action Products International, Inc. (the "Company") received notification from The Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Department (the "Staff") that the Company had regained compliance with Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4) (the "Rule") and the Staff now considers the matter closed.
The Company issued a press release announcing its receipt of the notification of compliance. A copy of the Company’s press release dated July 28, 2008 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
