Action Products International, Inc. announced today that it collected its judgment against Lung Cheong International Holdings Ltd., a Chinese toy manufacturer. The total judgment, including interest, was approximately $5.66 million. The company received proceeds of approximately $3.23 million net of contingency fees and costs. A copy of the press release is annexed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
