Norsat Announces Annual General Meeting on May 16th, 2007
(Vancouver, Canada) April 4th, 2007– Norsat International Inc. (TSX – NII.TO; OTC BB – NSATF.OB) will hold its Annual General Meeting at 2:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) at its premises on May 16th, 2007.
The address of the company’s office is 110 – 420 Viking Way, Richmond, British Columbia.
A reception will be held immediately following the Annual General Meeting.
Summary information packages will be made available to all shareholders and interested parties upon request.
