This Schedule 14A relates to the Proxy Statement (the “Proxy Statement”) filed by Concurrent Computer Corporation (the “Company”) on October 2, 2017 regarding the 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on October 25, 2017 at the Company’s corporate headquarters located at 4375 River Green Parkway, Suite 100, Duluth, Georgia 30096, at 9:00 a.m., ET (the “Annual Meeting”). For the reasons set forth in the Company’s Form 8-K dated October 20, 2017, the ratification of the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company’s independent registered accountants for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018 has been removed from the Annual Meeting agenda.
