On March 30, 2005, TRM Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2004. On March 30, 2005, a webcast and teleconference were held to discuss our financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2004, pursuant to a press release dated March 28, 2005. A copy of the Webcast Presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2.
