Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant
(b) On June 7, 2007, TRM Corporation (the “Company”) engaged McGladrey & Pullen, LLP (“McGladrey”) as the Company’s new principal accountant. The Company has not previously consulted McGladrey regarding the application of accounting principles to a specific completed or contemplated transaction or the type of audit opinion that might be rendered, nor has the Company previously consulted McGladrey on any matter that was the subject of a disagreement (as described in Regulation S-K, Item 304(a)(1)(iv)) or a reportable event (as described in Regulation S-K, Item 304(a)(1)(v)).
