On November 8, 2007, TRM Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007. A copy of the press release, including unaudited financial information released as a part thereof, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On November 6, 2007, TRM Corporation issued a press release announcing that it will present the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2007, in a conference call to be held on November 9, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time, and that it will issue its earnings press release for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, in advance of the call.
