Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
Effective April 30, 2008, Jon S. Pitcher’s position as Principal Accounting Officer of TRM Corporation was terminated due to the relocation of the Company’s accounting functions to Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Michael J. Dolan, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, will assume the responsibilities of principal accounting officer.
