On February 4, 2014, the Company issued a news release reporting its operating results for the second fiscal quarter and first fiscal half of 2014, ended December 28, 2013. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.

On February 3, 2014, R. G. Barry Corporation issued a news release announcing the election of David P. Lauer as Interim Lead Director following the death of its Chairman of the Board. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.3 hereto.
