Item 8.01 Other Events
On August 26, 2005, Moody’s Investor Service lowered its ratings of the Company’s senior unsecured debt from A2 to A3 and changed the outlook from negative to stable. Standard and Poor’s Ratings Services presently rates the Company’s senior unsecured debt as BBB+ with a negative outlook.
