On May 16, 2011, Vicor Corporation issued a press release announcing that, on May 13th, 2011, SynQor, Inc., unilaterally withdrew its motion to enjoin the manufacture and sale of Vicor Bus Converters. The full text of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
