The 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Owens & Minor, Inc. (the “Company”) will be held Friday, April 29, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time, virtually via the internet at www.meetnow.global/MUX79MR. To access the virtual meeting, you must have the information that is printed in the shaded bar located on the reverse side of this form.
Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below.
The Board of Directors recommend a vote FOR all the nominees listed, and FOR Proposals 2, 3 and for every 1 YEAR on Proposal 4:

The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on March 4, 2022 as the record date (the “Record Date”) for the determination of shareholders entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting or any adjournment(s) thereof.
