Declaration Of Quarterly Dividend
On January 25, 2017, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on its common stock, to be paid on February 22, 2017 to shareholders of record as of February 8, 2017.
The press release issued by the Company on January 25, 2017 announcing the foregoing event is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
