Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On November 2 and 3, 2009, senior management of PG&E Corporation and its subsidiary, Pacific Gas and Electric Company (“Utility”) will attend the Edison Electric Institute Financial Conference to be held in Hollywood, Florida.
