Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On May 28, 2021, Constantine Petropoulos, the Company’s Senior Vice President & General Counsel, resigned from all positions he held at the Company and its subsidiaries, effective as of June 21, 2021.
