P. Matthew Farabaugh retired from his position as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Park Aerospace Corp. (the “Company”) and from all the other positions held by him with the Company, all affective as of November 1, 2024; and Christopher J. Goldner, Vice President-Finance of the Company is succeeding Mr. Farabaugh as principal accounting officer and principal financial officer of the Company.
