| Item 7.01 | | Regulation FD Disclosure. |
Recently our customer on the North Slope of Alaska announced publicly its plans to reduce the number of rigs active at Prudhoe Bay. While both of the Company's Arctic-class drilling rigs in Alaska remain under contract, this will lead to one of the rigs being placed on standby at the end of the current well. The Company does not expect this change in operating status to have a material impact on its financial results.
