Item 8.01 Other Events.
On August 14, 2012, the Board of Directors of First Community Financial Corporation, the parent company of The First National Bank of Mifflintown, declared a third quarter cash dividend of $0.21 per share, payable on September 21, 2012, to shareholders of record on September 14, 2012.
