Members of the management team of LSI Industries Inc. (“LSI”) will present at the 34th Annual Roth Conference which will be held March 14 and 15, 2022 at The Ritz Carlton in Dana Point, California. A copy of the presentation, which is available at www.lsicorp.com, related to this conference is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
