Over the last several weeks, we have sent you multiple sets of proxy materials concerning an important proposal affecting your investment in the JPMorgan Tax Aware Income Opportunities Fund (the “Fund”). The Special Meeting of Shareholders of the Fund (“Special Meeting”) has been adjourned to allow shareholders of the Fund more time to vote on the proposal.
