ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER 2021 DIVIDEND

Oakland, Maryland, July 1, 2021 – First United Corporation (NASDAQ: FUNC) announces that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $.15 per share that will be payable on August 2, 2021 to holders of record of the Corporation’s common stock as of July 19, 2021.
