ANNOUNCES FOURTH QUARTER 2022 DIVIDEND

Oakland, Maryland, September 28, 2022 – First United Corporation (NASDAQ: FUNC) announces that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $.15 per share that will be payable on November 1, 2022, to holders of record of the Corporation’s common stock as of October 18, 2022.
