Profitability Per share data reflect a ten percent stock dividend distributed on December 6, 2002, a five percent stock dividend distributed on January 1, 2005 and a five percent stock dividend distributed on March 23, 2007. For 2008, the loss related to the disposal of Freddie Mac Preferred Stock is added back and the after tax impact was $6.590 million. 2008 net income on a GAAP basis was $15,785,000.
