This "Exit" Form 4 is filed to report that, as previously reported in the Company's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on March 3, 2023, the reporting person is no longer serving in the role as the Company's director, effective as of the close of business on April 26, 2023. After a six-month deferral period, effective as of the close of business on October 26, 2023, the reporting person is no longer subject to Section 16 reporting.
