1. Number of common shares issued pursuant to the time vested RSU vested on 1/1/2024; RSU were awarded on 1/26/2021, vesting at a rate of one third on each January 1st, 2022, 2023 and 2024.

2. Number of common shares issued pursuant to the time vested RSU vested on 1/1/2024; RSU were awarded on 1/19/2022, vesting at a rate of one third on each January 1st, 2023, 2024 and 2025.
