Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 26, 2020, VBI Vaccines Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing data from three preclinical mouse studies conducted to enable selection of optimized clinical candidates for the Company’s coronavirus program, VBI-2900. Additionally, on August 26, 2020, at 8:30 AM ET, the Company will host a conference call and webcast with accompanying slides regarding the preclinical data. A copy of the press release and a copy of the slides are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are hereby incorporated by reference herein.
