Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 18, 2020, VBI Vaccines Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing positive interim clinical results from the ongoing Phase 1b/2a study of VBI-2601 (BRII-179), a novel recombinant, protein-based immunotherapeutic candidate for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (HBV) infection, in development in collaboration with Brii Biosciences. Additionally, on November 18, 2020, at 8:30 AM ET, the Company will host a conference call and webcast with accompanying slides regarding the preclinical data. A copy of the press release and a copy of the slides are attached as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are hereby incorporated by reference herein.
