Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 3, 2024, VBI Vaccines Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting that it will present early tumor response data from the ongoing Phase 2b study of VBI-1901, the Company’s cancer vaccine immunotherapeutic candidate, in recurrent glioblastoma at the World Vaccine Congress Washington at 1:10pm ET on April 3, 2024 (the “WVC Conference”). The information in the slide presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 will be presented at the WVC Conference, and the Company intends, from time to time, to present and/or distribute to the investment community and utilize the slide presentation at various industry and other conferences. A copy of the press release and slide presentation are furnished as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated by reference herein. The Company undertakes no obligation to update, supplement or amend the materials attached hereto.
