On May 19, 2016, C. Richard Vaughn provided notice to Insteel Industries, Inc. of his resignation from the Board of Directors, effective immediately, due to personal reasons. Mr. Vaughn’s resignation is not related to any disagreement with the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
