ImClone Systems Incorporated issued a press release today announcing, among other things, that it has withdrawn its proposed 2005 stock incentive plan (Proposal 3 in the Company’s proxy statement) from shareholder consideration at its annual meeting of shareholders, to be held on June 15, 2005.
