Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On August 20, 2007, Ana Stancic, Senior Vice President, Finance, gave notice that she will be resigning from ImClone Systems Incorporated (the “Company”) effective as of September 30, 2007. Ms. Stancic was responsible for the Company’s finance department, information technology and internal audit. Ms. Stancic’s decision was a personal decision and is not a reflection on the financial condition of the Company or any issues relating to financial controls.
