On January 7, 2008, Daniel J. O’Connor, Senior Vice President and General Counsel, gave notice that he will be resigning from ImClone Systems Incorporated (the “Company”) effective as of February 19, 2008. Mr. O’Connor is responsible for the Company’s legal department. The Company announced that Gregory T. Mayes, Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, has been named Vice President and Interim General Counsel, effective as of February 1, 2008.
