Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Due to the fires in San Diego County that began on Sunday, October 21, 2007, the arbitration hearing for the Retiree Medical Claims, scheduled for October 22-25, 2007, was postponed. New hearing dates have not yet been scheduled.
