In line with its strategy of expanding its OEM/ODM solutions to customers, the Company is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary (Crow Electronic Engineering Ltd.) has signed a major Original Design, Manufacture and Supply Agreement with a prominent world leader in the area of security products (the “Customer”). Pursuant to the agreement the Company will engage in design, manufacture and sale of customized security solutions and products to the Customer.
The agreement is for an initial term of four years, renewable for further periods of one year each subject to agreement concerning minimum quantities to be purchased by the Customer in such renewable periods.
The Company anticipates significant annual sales volume under the agreement in the coming years.
