ABM INDUSTRIES RAISES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND 9.1%

SAN FRANCISCO — December 12, 2006 — The Board of Directors of ABM Industries Incorporated (NYSE: ABM) has declared an all-time-high first quarter cash dividend of $0.12 per common share payable on February 5, 2007 to stockholders of record on January 12, 2007. This will be ABM’s 163^rdconsecutive quarterly cash dividend, and is $0.01 (9.1%) above the $0.11 per share quarterly dividend rate declared and paid for the first quarter of 2006.
