Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 24, 2011, Document Security Systems, Inc., a New York corporation, filed a civil lawsuit against Coupon.com Incorporated, a Delaware corporation, in the U.S. District Court, Western District of New York. The matter was docketed as case number 6:11-cv-06528.
