Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock units convert to common stock on a one-for-one basis.

2. Includes the reinvestment of dividend equivalents into 5,461 additional restricted stock units.

3. All options and restricted stock units held by the Reporting Person have been adjusted to increase the number of shares and, in the case of the options, reduce the exercise price, in a manner subject to the adjustment provisions of the AdvanSix Inc. spin-off from Honeywell which occurred on October 1, 2016; the Garrett Motion Inc. spin-off from Honeywell which occurred on October 1, 2018; and the Resideo Technologies, Inc. spin-off from Honeywell which occurred on October 29, 2018.

4. The Restricted Stock Units were granted under the Corporation's 2011 Stock Incentive Plan with 33,000 units vesting on each of March 1, 2015 and March 1, 2017 and 34,000 units vesting on March 1, 2019.

5. Includes dividend reinvestment shares issued from time to time and 200 shares issued to Mr. Adamczyk in 2012 not included in his Form 3 filed on April 14, 2014.
