Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
Effective as of February 25, 2005, Section 3.1 of the company's by-laws was amended by the company's Board of Directors to increase the number of directors comprising the company's Board of Directors from ten to twelve. A copy of the by-laws as amended is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 3.
