On March 12, 2015, we issued a press release advising has received UL (Underwriters Laboratories) Listings for our DOUALA, DOUALA WHITE and RING OF FIRE product families of LED lighting fixtures.. The text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
